Design & Content Creation Process

White Rose Publishing LLC values strong collaboration with our clients. Whether we are creating book covers, brand visuals, or social media content, we believe the best results come from open communication. Your ideas, inspiration, and feedback are welcomed and encouraged throughout the process. We aim to ensure that your final product reflects your vision while maintaining professional design standards.

Design Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client becomes the sole owner of the final approved digital product(s) for the intended format agreed upon. You are granted exclusive rights to use the design(s) for personal book promotion, digital marketing, and publishing according to the package you have purchased.

Please note:

• eBook cover designs may not be used for paperback, hardcover, dust jackets, audiobooks, or any other physical format without the express permission of White Rose Publishing LLC.

• The correct file type must be purchased for each additional format. Additional charges may apply for reformatting or resizing.

• White Rose Publishing LLC retains the right to display completed works (including book covers, marketing graphics, or social media content) in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials for marketing purposes.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions, clearly outlined in your selected package. These revisions are designed to allow for refinement and collaboration. Additional revisions requested outside the agreed limit may incur additional charges. We will always notify you in advance before additional billing.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All client materials, personal information, brand details, and credentials shared with White Rose Publishing LLC will be treated as strictly confidential. We take privacy seriously and will never share, sell, or distribute your information. Content, designs, and strategies shared with our team are protected and used solely for the purposes of your project.

Image & Tool Usage

We may use a combination of professional design software and tools—including Canva, Photoshop, Deposit Photo, FREEPIK, Adobe Photo, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, and ChatGPT to produce unique, high-quality designs and content.

• Images and visual assets are either fully licensed or created using private servers not accessible by any third party.

• These assets are tailored specifically to your brand and will not be repurposed for any other client.

• By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges that while AI-generated art may not be eligible for copyright under current U.S. law, commercial usage is permitted per the terms of each platform.

CLIENTS CAN REQUEST NON-AI USAGE.  Here at White Rose Publishing we fully respect an authors decision to want, or not want the use of AI for their covers or works. Simply notify us and packages that do not include AI usage will be provided to you.

Copyright Note:

Whether your cover is created through my AI-Assisted Package or my No-AI Package, your completed design is yours to use and register for copyright under your name. Due to the use of multiple licensed images, hand-painted overlays, and professional design techniques, the final composition qualifies as an original artistic work. While I cannot guarantee 100% acceptance (the Copyright Office makes the final decision), this information has been verified with the U.S. Copyright Office, and many of my clients have successfully copyrighted their covers created through this process.

If you plan to seek copyrights, please advise me as you will want to add the Source File $15 purchase to the order. I will also include all images used in the works in a separate file with the details of their origin and license $25. Non-Refundable.

Delivery Timeline

Turnaround time for standard design and content creation services is 7–14 business days, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. Revisions or additional requests may extend the timeline. Any unexpected delays will be communicated promptly.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin any custom design or social media management service. The final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified at the start of your project. White Rose Publishing LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for overdue invoices.

Accreditation

We kindly ask that White Rose Publishing LLC is credited for any custom book covers or promotional graphics, particularly in print or digital formats where appropriate (such as in the acknowledgments or on product pages).

Cancellations & Refunds

• All eBook and custom cover designs are final sales and may not be refunded or exchanged.

• Clients may request exclusive rights to premade designs at an additional cost, pending agreement.

• If you need to cancel a custom service (including social media packages), a 2-week written notice is required. Any work completed up to that point will be retained and billed accordingly.

• Refunds are not offered once a project has begun and files have been delivered or work has been initiated.
